yes, sir candidates studying in 12th are also eligible to apply for UPSC SCRA exam. SCRA stands for Special Class Railways Apprentices Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC every year. The exam is of Intermediate Level. The candidates who clears the exam with high grade appointed for various posts in Indian Railways.
