yes, sir you are eligible to apply for Civil Services exam after completing graduation with 57% marks. For Civil Services exam you just need to complete or pursuing in final year of graduation in any discipline from recognized college or university with any percentage. So don't worry about that.

Q: Am I eligible for NDA exam while studying 10th class?

i am extremely sorry that you can't apply for NDA exam on the basis of your 10th qualification. NDA is of Intermediate level. the minimum required qualification for NDA is 12th. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year for the posts of for Air Force, Navy and Army.
NDA exam is conducted in two phases:
1. Written
2. SSB

for Air Force and navy you need 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent and for Army you need 12th in any discipline from recognized board or College . you can also apply for the exam while pursuing in 12th.

for NDA your age should be within 16.5 years to 19 years.

you Must be Indian citizen.

in NDA only male unmarried candidates can apply.

Q: Detailed information about Engineering Services Exam?

UPSC conduct the IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam every year for various posts in technical field. for IES you just have completed Engineering degree in any discipline. you can also apply for IES while studying in final year of Engineering degree. 

but you have to write IES exam by selecting any one from the following four streams:
1. Mechanical Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Civil Engineering
4. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
