Q: I have scored only 57% in Degree. Am I eligible for Civils or not?

yes, sir you are eligible to apply for Civil Services exam after completing graduation with 57% marks. For Civil Services exam you just need to complete or pursuing in final year of graduation in any discipline from recognized college or university with any percentage. So don't worry about that.

UPSC Conduct Civil Services Exam every year for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS etc. In Civil Services exam there is tough competition. you have to prepare hard to crack the exam. whatever happened in graduation just leave it and start from a new point. be dedicated towards your work.

Q: Am I eligible for NDA exam while studying 10th class?

i am extremely sorry that you can't apply for NDA exam on the basis of your 10th qualification. NDA is of Intermediate level. the minimum required qualification for NDA is 12th. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year for the posts of for Air Force, Navy and Army.
NDA exam is conducted in two phases:
1. Written
2. SSB

for Air Force and navy you need 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent and for Army you need 12th in any discipline from recognized board or College . you can also apply for the exam while pursuing in 12th.

for NDA your age should be within 16.5 years to 19 years.

you Must be Indian citizen.

in NDA only male unmarried candidates can apply.

Q: Detailed information about Engineering Services Exam?

UPSC conduct the IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam every year for various posts in technical field. for IES you just have completed Engineering degree in any discipline. you can also apply for IES while studying in final year of Engineering degree. 

but you have to write IES exam by selecting any one from the following four streams:
1. Mechanical Engineering
2. Electrical Engineering
3. Civil Engineering
4. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

for IES your age should be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 January of the year of exam. There is also relaxation in upper age according to government norms vise 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Q: Can a B.Sc student appear in UPSC IES exam?

Acronym IES stands for Indian Engineering Services Exam. UPSC conduct the IES(Indian Engineering Services) exam every year for various posts in technical field. for IES you need to complete Engineering degree in any discipline from recognized college or university. you can also apply for IES while studying in final year of Engineering degree. 

as you have only B.Sc degree so i am sorry to say that you are not eligible to attempt IES exam.
but you can apply for other UPSC exams like:
Civil Services
CPF
CDS

Q: Can a 12th appearing student apply for SCRA exam?

yes, sir candidates studying in 12th are also eligible to apply for UPSC SCRA exam. SCRA stands for Special Class Railways Apprentices Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC every year. The exam is of Intermediate Level. The candidates who clears the exam with high grade appointed for various posts in Indian Railways. Excellent pay is given to candidates who are appointed in Railways.

for SCRA you must have completed or pursuing in 12th with Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry from recognized Board or college.

for SCRA your age must be within 17 years to 21 years. there is also applicable relaxation in upper age limit upto 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST aspirants.

Q: Required percentage in academics for SCRA exam?

for SCRA you must have completed or Studying in 12th with Mathematics and Physics or Chemistry from recognized Board or college in First or Second division. Acronym SCRA is Special Class Railways Apprentices Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC every year for the various posts in Indian Railways.

Q: Does having a backlog in 2nd year B.Com effect my eligibility for IAS preliminary exams?

you can apply for IAS while you have backlog in your 2nd year. but you have to clear all the your backlogs in final year of your B.Com. it does not effect your eligibility in IAS. you can definitely apply for IAS. for IAS you just need to complete or studying in final year of graduation in any discipline with any percentage. \
